After a 2-year break long term agent Stuart Border is back in the real estate game. Stuart started his Caloundra career managing Gemini Resort from 1992, then his own Real Estate Agency Raine and Horne from 2003. This was renamed Local Agent and sold to the current owners Eric and Tanya Sealey in 2019.

Recently he was approached by a contact to sell 23 King St , Shelly Beach which resulted in a contract in 6 days, generating many email enquiries and genuine but now disappointed buyers. He has just listed another two high end properties and has rediscovered his passion for matching buyers and sellers!

Stuart lives at Shelly Beach and has a strong interest in selling and marketing this area. His other passion is energy management. After installing Solar PV on the roof of the agency in 2014 he connected with the Tesla corporation to put in one of the first Tesla chargers on the Sunshine Coast. Many an owner would enjoy a weekend on the coast and then hook up for a free recharge before heading home. Stuart then purchased a Tesla car and has had an interest in large scale solar farms and is helping Body Corporates voluntarily with energy management to reduce costs and increase sustainability. He works with local business Intelligent Automation and their Gswitch technology to monitor household energy use.
