Chris has been involved in the Management Rights Industry since 2000 when he purchased his first complex in Alexandra Headland. He has since owned and operated Management Rights in Caloundra, Kings Beach and Pelican Waters.

In July 2015 Chris joined the Local Agent Team to share his knowledge and experience of selling property as an Onsite Manager with other Onsite Managers. Team and Relationship building together with the desire to help others to succeed are important to Chris.

The Team of Onsite Managers selling properties continues to grow and in 2019 Local Agent Onsite expanded its services to include the sale of Management Right Businesses.
