Holiday Caloundra is currently launching its new online guest compendiums for each of our holiday properties.
Each compendium is easily accessed by guests via a QR code and/or link available to them as part of their online check-in process, as well as at the property itself.
All compendiums feature detailed information about the property they are staying at, as well as booking information, local attractions, key contact details, arrival and departure instructions and more.
A key feature of each compendium is the ‘About This Property’ module which provides specific information about the property guests are staying in. This includes Wi-Fi passwords, parking instructions, pool operating hours, location of the electrical power board, location of rubbish bins and the nights bins are emptied, where the emergency water shut-off is located, details about BBQs, smart TVs and any other information that is important and unique to each property.
Each compendium will also include prompts for guests that enable them to re-book your property while they are still on holiday.
Online compendiums for each holiday property are being rolled out in no particular order. Owners will be advised when their compendium is available and will be provided with the QR codes and links to access and view their individual compendiums.
At that time, owners can scrutinise their compendium and let us know if there are any particular quirks about their property that they would like us to consider including.
As well as supplying compendium QR codes and links to guests via their check-in emails, we will also place compendium QR codes and links in each property. We will place these details in the silver clip frames where we previously displayed the mandatory COVID19 QR codes (usually behind or near the front door). There is no cost to owners if the silver frame is already in the property. If no silver frame is present – we will provide one (cost $45). If owners inform us that they do not want a new silver frame installed, or they are using the original silver frame for something else, we will display the information in an A4 perspex display holder (cost $25) and locate it in a place such as the kitchen bench or TV cabinet etc.
