Entry Condition Report Example

The entry condition report is possibly the most important document in a rental ageement.

It documents the condition of the property- the fittings and fixtures prior to your new tenant moving in- to check against how they leave it at the end of the Tenancy.

Local Agent takes this document very seriously. Please see below an example of the detail included in our entry condition reports. Ask your current agent for a copy of what they will do for you or your current ECR. Compare it to ours - I don't think you will find a more thorough report around.
